Yeah... ummm.. I don't think this is a Telecine. If it is, it sucks.

Video: 6. There's a slight tilt, the AR is wierd, and it's blurry. But it's nice and bright and the colors are great. This one's from Russia for sure (subtitles in the beginning are Russian). Maven's xvid TS is better than this IMO. I'm pretty sure it's not the same source though.

Audio: 8. Direct and ok.
