This movie is really bad, even for a Seagal flick. There are scenes where actors miss their cues, and they didn't even reshoot them.

Video is really grainy on this SCR and might as well have been encoded in black and white.

::edit:: The AR seems off on this release too. It's presented as 4:3, but everyone appears too tall and thin. I stretched it to 1.78:1 and it looked a bit better, so if you want to watch this release of this horrid movie, that's what I would recommend.
