what is the point of this release? theres allready a shitload of appleseed releases, both in proper language and english dub... is qix just being lame? shouldn't this be nuked (not that foreign releases ever seem to get nuked, because noone seems to notices them...)

i thought the reason we had scene rules was to stop it from turning in to a complete mess... if groups flat out ignore them like qix does, then everything will go to shit pretty quickly. and its not a matter of not WANTING the movie, fact is there are allready a bunch of other releases of this same film, allready out there, another one just isn't needed.

This movie compresses terribly even at 2CD's. I've seen a few including ERDT or something. The opening scene is particularly bad (mist and particle effects, dark darks, fast motion). It was 2CD's. And that wasn't crash hot. Can't imagine how QiX's release looks at 1 CD...

Bbl when I'll give my full verdict on the quality of QiX's release.
