top quality, no counter, water marks, property of,or black and white scenes. 9.5/9.5/8

Pic is as mentioned great, but the sound is horrible. There is this "schh-schh-schh-schh" repeating cycle of noise that is there during the entire movie.

9/3/-

From Sample looks perfect and no signs of the sch!sch!sch! noises.

Rated from sample 9.5/9.5/7.5

Can anyone confirm the sound issue? From the first post it seems that the sound is good, as was the case with the sample I saw.

Sample Quality 9/9/?(it's just a sample)

no problems with this copy, well done

Posted by dodgePT on 11-23-2005 12:16 PM:

Those sound issues must be because the sound is ac3, if you don't have 5:1 sound system output, you'll ear those noises.
But that happens with all ac3 audio encoded releases.
This is a great release

Those sound issues happen when audio codec is ac3 and your sound system output is just stereo. If your ear it in an 5:1 system, you'll have no probs.

This is a great release

Ok, that might be an explanation. I watched it through my headphones. But this is the only release I've ever heard that noise in.

Tried changing windows sound output to "5.1 surround" and it's still there. Oh well, bad movie anyway

audio is fine and if u take the time to open in virtual dub mod check file info u will see it is NOT ac3

Agreed. Media Player Classic says it's 128k MP3 audio. I never had any problems playing movies with
AC3 audio on stereo speakers. Maybe the people that heard the static have issues with their audio HW or need a new version of the AC3 filter, or should just switch to Media Player Classic if they haven't already .

video is fine [8], but sound ... am agree with sar . besides it has a weak sound , i turned my amp to higher volume as usual to have a good hearing [4] . movie : average low [4]

8/4/4

sound not so good

The sound seems to have a slight tremelo effect through out, but other than that a very fine DVD screener copy.

The audio is deffinately encoded as MP3 so I dont think using an AC3 filter helps anything. Just to be sure I tried using it and problem still persisted, but not bad enough to distract from the movie too much.

Pretty good movie overall

Video - 8
Audio - 6
Movie - 7

From sample

v - 9
a - 9
m - ?

Has anyone encountered a problem when trying to extract the file they get an error message saying unknow file format? I tried to rename but still had no luck.

Although this movie is meant to be terrible for some strange reason I can't wait to see it.....
