finally a release of this film. i saw this in the theaters long time ago and is worth the download.

Only quirk I have on this release, is it has either qpel or gmc because my stand-alone player cannot play it correct.

Looks fine. I never saw this in theaters so I have no idea what the quality should be. It looks like the cameras they used to shoot the movie sucked. So can't blame rls group for a crap source.

Yes there is some screener text, but it's not bad. What's bad is the 4:3 ratio.

The movie blows. Sorry but it's true. Unless the words shit, cum, fuck and baby and every combination thereof throws you into hysterious fits of laughter, there is no need to watch this. Maybe it's only funny if you can get slightly offended at the stories.

I really liked the bit with the card magics though.

mostly agree with sar but billy connolly, and southpark bits were ok
when comedians try to explain comedy they are not comical.

:: It probably doesn't help that Paul Provenza is the least funny comedian of all time. I'd rather go to a funeral for laughs than watch that idiot. -K::

wow, ver y big dissapointment with this. Sure audio video are great but as a documentry it blew. My first problem was the movie itself. Don't explain the joke over and over and over. Its boring. Second, man oh man there were so many F%cking cuts in this movie it pissed me off bad. There was a point where a comedian is explaing the joke and everytime he said a word cut to a different part of tellin the joke, another word cut to a different angle of him telling the joke. I counted 30 camera angle changes in 40 seconds. I'm no spielberg but tell the joke, dont make it look like your filming a video on mtv.

This was decent quality, movie isn't bad for what it is either. Obviously if you do not like repetition its not for you since its only 1 joke told a whole lot of ways. But for what the movie is, it isn't bad. If you are a fan of comedy and like sick shit then you might wanna check this one out, don't listen to the negative comments and pass because I think its one that you either like or hate.

Good quality for a screener. At first I thought that the audio was out of synch a lot, but that was the way it was edited.
With at least a dozen different people playing at being a cameraman, its not surprising that some people have issues.

The theme is that its not the joke but how its told. Obviously a lot of people missed that.

Video excellent, sound great, movie, - ok.

I must agree that the movie was absolute garbage. I was fooled into thinking it would be worth watching because of a lot of big name comics that appear in it, but all that happened was that I lost some respect for them. Man, I wouldn't have guessed that Bob Sagat was that dirty. Why would a joke about incest and bestiality and bodily excretions be funny no matter who tells it? OK, the south park bit was ok, and also maybe the card bit but that's only a few minutes out of 90.
Anyway, the video was ok, but it was clearly shot on video (not film) and seemed very amateurly done. I guess I can't blame that on the encoding, but I've seen better quality video on 1 CD releases for sure.
