it is very blurry in some areas in this movie, looks like they have been air-brushed. quality is not greatest so i might have to agree that it is a PDVD?

Sure, the colors are not 100% and it is soft. But there is a full professional menu, sound is good and clear 5.1 surround, video is pretty good also (7.5/10 around say. Colors were dullish a bit and soft video. But Transporter 2 R1 was similar IMO).

::EDIT - Read the nuke... Man... I dunno... Who is NRRW (or whatever their name is). Asia is a LARGE place, they could have 2 (probably even more) sources for their retail releases. Rental copy, or anything is possible. R3 is a LARGE LARGE place. And just like R1 has Canadian releases and US releases sometimes, this might be the same case... BUT if it is a PDVD, it's pretty damn good::

I would stick with this one, comparing similarly placed rars, i would say this looks better than the "Proper"
This aint a PDVD, when was the last time u saw a PDVD with better quality video than a retail, and an identical 5.1 track as the retail too.

NRRW are either full of shit, or they dont have a clue, and have got it all wrong.

Region3 Retail contains a thai 5.1 track, maybe not Chinese, but i doubt NRRW would know the difference anyway.
Anyways, i believe this to be retail and id rather have an Untouched DVD5 than a DVD9 CCE'd down to a DVD5.

Video not bad i'd say 9 and ill give the r1 a 10 just because I'm bias lol
Audio 10 dvd source plus 5.1 cant go wrong

You weren't completely off the mark. Taiwan and Hong Kong, which of course are both Chinese, are Region 3. So come out of the corner Porco.
