Yeah this is top notch......this is however a prime example of how they are trying to close the film/dvd window i think

@ f00kie - you want a family film that's got something for everyone, this one won't disappoint.

Video - perfect. Virtually noiseless - nice short movie (85min) so bitrate iscin ample supply. Surprisingly, this one's even cropped for TV overscan. Perfect 10

Audio - Perfect 10 again.

Movie - 9. I'm knocking a point off because they never intorduce the main characters properly. It kind of assumes you have seen the short films and therefore know who W&G are and what they are like. If you haven't seen the short films, they make a better starting point.

Great realease. Well done to studio and group alike.

Video is excellent, as to expect with animation. Great sound. Nice movie for the kids, and the adults can revel in the style of animation.Kept some of the extras, for those with interest.

Video = 10

Superb picture transfer by Replica. Nice extras too.

Audio = 9

Outstandingly clear dialogue for a Dolby Digital track, not drowned by music and sound effects. Would have been 10 if was DTS

Movie = 8

I didn't think Wallace & Gromit could carry off a full-length story but am glad to have ben proved wrong. The story never drags in the way Chicken Run sometimes did but then it is only 78 mins long without the end credits.
