this has such shitty framerate, its just like the four brothers copy put out by NYG i think a while back, looks like it was off a cell phone or somethin. The MPAA dots are there as a tracking mechanism, they can now tell in which area the copy was made (If they are actually dots)

I can make a better print than this with my cell phone camera if i wanted to try. I just tried the sample because someone said it was "funny".
