the sample looks great

everything looks good to me.

v 10
a 8.5
m 9.5 (better than the first)

Outfriginstanding. The last TC i've seen that was this good was "Two For the Money"

Video: 9 (fantastic. no complaints)
Audio: 8 (no sync issues that I can see. however there's one thing strange about audio: it goes from mono to stereo during the final credits. perhaps group spliced in an mp3 off the soundtrack or summin?)
Movie: 4 (as bad as the first one... if not worse)

Its a better than average release, but we already have a release from maVen on this movie and this still isn't as good.

Quality effort tho

V:8
A:8
M:9

nice but to be honest asteriods has just hit the button.

like maven with their ts as it was the best ts as of yet with this film and with anyfilm.

asteriods has done the best tc. ie its basically like a dvdscrener with no b&w or warnings

Damn near DVDSCR quality. Excellent Pic and Sound. No complaints here. Congrats to NBP on another fine true Telecine release of an excellent film.

V=8.5
A=8
M=9

What!!!! Maven's TS was good but not great for a TS, overall i found it unwatchable, this as a Telecine looks more like a poor DVD-Rip than a TC, and is much better than the Maven release.

Audio is crap though, but that is to be expected these days, funny how its easier to get a direct video source than a direct Audio source.

As a TC

10/6/6

You say maven's release was Unwatchable?.....Dude, get your cateracts removed!

FYI, all of Asteroids' releases are xvid re-encodes. In other words, the Asteroids release you have/saw is really NBP's but re-encoded in xvid.

Was to me, if it was a comedy or a very bright movie then it would of been great, but this being a dark movie, there were too many moments i was struggling to see, and that kinda ruined it for me.

v:9 (no issues whatsoever, looks near DVDSCR quality tbh)
a:8 (all synced correctly, and nice loud, and bass seems perfect for my hts)
m:6 (meh - ok)

Well those who say that Mavern's release was better, should have their eyes checked!

I've watched both & this is a winner!

V: 9
A: 7.5 (mono output through every channel )
M: 8

Yeah I suppose that's why the Asteroids rls came before this one Perhaps what you meant to say was that they both came from the same silver DVDR that Royal rlsed...

Video was damn nice, audio seemed OK but not sourced from the print that this was TC'd from.

9/7/?

Best release out there. I watched it on my computer…Excellent video, the audio is loud and clear but seems mono. I am going to encode the movie for standard DVD play with 5.1 and see if the audio improves.

As for the movie…I’d let Kate vamp me ANY DAY!
I liked this one better than the first.
