Nandub says 5 channels at 48khz. So it's AC3.

sound is AC3 5.1 448 kbit.
haven't watched the movie yet.

Sound is AC3 as others have mentioned.

Movie has unideal cropping (I personally would call it bad cropping), as you can see a white line on the top and expecially on the bottom here:
