Ahh, finally I got to see this movie...

Well, this one is DEFINITELY not for everyone. If you are homophobic, stay away!! Personally, I know some gay couples, and the idea wasn't a big stretch (pardon the pun) for me.

A decent movie, Anne Hathaway's boobs are present (girl from Princess Diaries) along with Michelle Williams' also. These scenes keep the hetro in us all Definitely doesn't live up to the hype. Good acting and decent love story. Worth checking out if you are NOT squeemish to seeing some fairly raunchy gay sex/kissing.

Now onto what is really important, the video Replica did good. No useless extras or DC, so I appreciate that. I mean, what would the DC actually sound like?! "In this scene I really wanted him to give it to him"?!

Video 8/10 - You know those numbers are made up what is 8/10... It's good video, and all the rugged cowboy action is there is 720x480 resolution @ 4000kbit/sec Picture is so clear your ass will hurt watching it...

DVD-R 10/10 - Excellent job Replica...

** IN NO WAY am I against gay people... I've got a few gay friends, and they're easy going nice people... But I know there are the feminist gay guys that keep screaming for control over the universe... Those guys I just can't stand as people, not because of their orientation. **

Yea, I burned this for my mom cause she wanted to watch it last night, and my stepdad just went to the other room right away when the movie started lol.... However I wouldnt watch this movie, but now you mentioned the tittie scene... can you tell me the time where the princess diary tittie scene happens?? I dont wana sit through the entire movie watching 2 fags molesting each other... No offence I don't hate gays, but watching a fag scene with guys is not my cup of tea. On the other hand if it was, Broke Back Shopping Mall girl version with like Jessica Alba and Linsday Lohan doin gay scenes, we'd all be watching it

Ya, whens the Lesbian Cowgirl movie come out?

9/10/5 Glad Crash won.

The line "...i just can't live with a few high altitude f*cks a year..." in the film made me laugh. Get "Havoc" if you wanna see Anne Hathaways boobs though.

Havoc huh Adding it to my rental list as we speak... Hopefully it is a decent movie also. Not sure how I missed that release.

And for sure, Crash was VERY good. No cowboys can mess with that, unless as mentioned, it was lez cowgirls Which I am sure is filming in a porn studio as we speak...

When you use the word "fag", it's already an offense to gays.

Anyway, great Replica release as usual.

Unless it's a gay person calling another gay person a fag Same with the N word... Never understood why people enforce their own repression and then bitch about it.

But this is a discussion for a different forum

Ego? Not following, but curious what you mean.

anything and everything negative is "ego" and is not true and real! although this movie is mocking to the gay community, it also is turning into a "fad" how men in society should be or are in the gay community. it is nothing new to think if a straight couple can have an affair then why can't gays/bi's do the same, afterall they are "people" too. so this movie is just another way for the industry to run our lives!!!!!!!!!!!! and the sheep follow.

"ego- a reasonable or justifiable sense of one's worth or importance"

Ya, that is pretty much a summary of Brokeback. The thing that confuses me is, why didn't they use gay actors?! I'm sure other than Sean Hayes, there must be some good ones out there they could have used. But then I guess it wouldn't be very cowboyish. I guess they need to be straight, so they can act gay and win gold statues.

Ah well. Thanks for the response. Was confused because usually I take ego as in "an exaggerated sense of self-importance and a feeling of superiority to other people"...

Posted by omega59 on 03-23-2006 07:40 PM:

well it's just another propeganda they did. they stuck two famouse male actors in it all for propeganda. i bet if it was all unknown actors and just some tom and jerry characters from no where, this movie would of been a straight to DVD or worse.. not even made. there is a website if you are interesting in reading it, it's a review on this movie that someone wrote up. send me a pm, i'm sure i can't paste it in here lol.
