There is a patch for this as disc2 plays the last scene of disc1 again.
The cutting of the disc was done very badly IMHO, all menu references where left to stripped content, and disc2 had no menu at all, just video content.
I personally used DvdReMake to rebuild both disc to one DVD9 and to make a proper split.

F: 9 (Could have been a little bit shorter, but still a very good remake!)
However, I agree with JustBrowsing on this one. It does need to be re-joined to a DVD9 'coz it just isn't right as it is. Still, not exactly the most demanding of jobs, eh!
