Upconverting/mpeg4 players...

So I've just recently bought an HD set and was shopping around for a new player. I originally only wanted one that was able to upconvert, but I looked around and there are a few that offer mpeg4 playback. Anyways anyone have experience with either of these players, I'm going to check out videohelp as well, just wondering if anyone from here had any suggestions. Upconverting is more important to me, but mpeg4 playback is a very very nice added bonus.

Let us know what you get and if its worth it. I'm thinking of doing the same, especially since I need a xvid player for the basement now and want to move my phillips dvp642 down there.

well due to a lack of funds i've gone with a cheap s-video cable for now. works and looks fairly well, i can watch xvid's on the tv so it does what i want. i'll have to wait on the player for now.
