Dead Mans Shoes

just been having a look on apple.com/trailers and noticed they have just put up a trailer for this movie, and believe it has just been on limited release in the states (even though its a few years old).....

...all i have to say is, this is a must see movie. Its funny, violent, sad and disturbing all in one go. Must admit, no film has left me so disturbed at the end as this one, a definate must see in my opinion.

check out the trailer here or the imdb info here

if you disagree, you must be a homo

looks beautiful. one problem. they said 28 days later was a zombie film. how are you going to compare a movie without a) ever seeing it b) not knowing what it was about c) being a complete fuckwit.

It's a British film, and you're definitely right in saying it's disturbing, especially some of the scene's with the retard.

Brilliant film. I saw it a couple of years ago, didn't know much about it before I got it and was surprised at how good it was.

Paddy Considine did a great job, going from quietly intimidating to outright terrifying. Some gruesome violence too, the suitcase part was my favourite.

Now you reminded me about it I reckon I am gonna have to watch it again, cheers.

no probs, im gonna watch it again myself...awesome film.

dvdr: i know its been available for a long time, but I noticed it is being released (limitedly) in the US at the moment, and am just raising the fact that if you havent seen it, you really should, powerful stuff...

...especially cool drug dealers razzing about in a shitty 2cv.

Bump.

Just watched this - really fucking amazing, in some deeply disturbing ways. If you haven't watched it then do so, especially if you're from blighty.

Something about the violence, so brutal yet so to the point, no dressing it up, one stab wound and your dead kind of thing.

One of the better films ive watched in a while.
