No audio on cd2 from 48 minute mark.

Posted by norrie on 05-21-2006 06:58 PM:

Yup missing about 1 minuite of audio from actual video footage.

You think its a coincedence that the audio on TS and the screener goes dead at the exact same section lol

Doesnt look like you miss anything really but this is no Screener thats for sure

6/5/?

Posted by Chuffster on 05-21-2006 10:03 PM:

I'm pretty sure the audio is supposed to go silent like that...

Posted by Stonington on 05-21-2006 10:21 PM:

I think this is same source as United.93.TS.SVCD-BELiEVERS (at least the audio for sure) b/c the audio also cuts same place on this release.

Posted by baller26 on 05-21-2006 11:34 PM:

Can anyone confirm that the audio is supposed to be gone or if it's screwed up?

Posted by minkink on 05-22-2006 12:08 AM:

The audio is supposed to go dead at the end like that. Its also where no audio has been released from the feds. The trans-script has been posted on TSG now though.

What is the point in this release when there's already a DVDR release of this movie available, albeit in PAL.

same source, frame for frame, as the Believers TS. i dont see how this is a screener....no timecodes, no b&w frames, no property of logos...looks to be the saem exact source as Believers, just a 1cd version.

The audio does NOT go out like that on the movie (check United.93.CAM.XviD-SubAtom for proof). The audio goes on until the black screen (right before it tells you some info on united 93 and the passengers aboard).

LOOK AT ALL THE RECENT RLS SAMPLES, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME... no TS, no SCR, no TC, no DVDSCR, this source is not known (i suspect some sort of Kvcd dvd source but thats argueable)

This has been re-encoded by every scene group that cant find a source but BT or kazaa... NO black/white but black/white means shit compared to this framerate, i got 1 kvcd and this looks about right, too bad whatever this source it didnt get done properly...

if you are willing to stick your dick in an affected area, be willing to get burnt... was this cunt of a encode willing to get burnt by? (not talking to any1 but the P2P encoder)

1/1/8

but for practical reasons other than disliking reencodes, the same as before

6/7/8

I have my doubts, but that takes nothing away from engulfing your emotions in this movie... if you can, you can place yourself within it... if not then you might see a shell of a situation.... I can see it as both... even with some skepticicism of what happened, the movie itself was heart wrenching... and thats all I can say

7,8,8.5

The quality may not be perfect but it certainly is a gripping and involving movie. To be honest, it got me and my friends a little fired up by the end of it !!

I read the transcripts from the flight recorder to find out what was missed when the audio cuts out at the very end of the film. They pretty much just keep saying "allah is great" over and over so it's no great loss. Personally, i thought it was meant to be that way when i watched the film, and it certainly created a dramatic effect to finish the film with. After reading the transcripts, your not missing much and the cut out audio definalty creates a more dramatic ending to the film than "allah is great" over and over would have done....

Im going to check out the reccomended Flight 93 now.

Posted by guardie on 06-09-2006 11:02 AM:

I agree with DJMasterX on this one, i also read the Transcript and is as he said all about how great Allah is, so no loss really, i'd give this film 7 / 7.5 / 7
