After some configuring with directvobsub (and using the "old Release" srt subs)
I got this to play the english subs below the russian "forced" ones.

Configure directvobsub to a vertical value of 101 and play in WMP (yuck).

MOvie looks good. anyone find the actual sub pack for this release? first release subpack is way off sync (im not gifted in teh art of directvobsub editing lol)

movie is 8 not boring to me... although i'm surprised they swallowed the beliefs of Da Vinci
audio - is fine. 8

When i Downloaded this i only got the first 1hr 30mins, has this happened to anyone else?

just watched this start to finish on a standalone...

video: 8 - overall excellent, very little pixelation and you can watch the dark scenes (most of the movie) easily
audio: 8 - solid, didnt notice anything wrong with it, no sync issues
movie: 3 - a big boo to tom hanks for a horrible performance. i almost fell asleep. just read the book this thing is SOOO long

definately the release to get tho, dont see anything better coming out till a dvd screener

Da Vinci De-Coded

Firstly, Thanx 2 pukka for this release.
Ok, The video is a bit blurred and dark, maybe the movie was meant to be dark I haven't seen this in the theatre. So I will deduct only for the Blurry picture. the Sound has an audible hiss (Headset verified). As for the Film, I will keep my rating to myself since this has religious connotations in its theme.

As usual pukka shows itself to be a premier release group.

Hmm.. the subs are broken. I couldn't get them to work with the latest MPC. And yes, I do know how to get subtitles to work, I tried opening another file and the subs worked just fine.
