A movie with a rapper in it. Avoid.

(Even worse it's some knobhead called 'Tyrese' lol).

Posted by Terminator800 on 06-25-2006 09:59 PM:

Don't be racist. His real name is Tyrese and he's an R&B singer. Never rapped in his life.

Please, tell me where in my comment I was being racist?

how about commenting on the quality of the movie

i thought the point here was to rate the releases and not to talk crap about how good or bad a movie is. plus "slippers" how can u trash a movie u havent even seen yet. no wonder hood movies rarely come out on bootlegs with decent quality cause theres peopel like u that judge the movie b4 they see it and figure, ahh no body wants this. it happened with dave chapelle's block party, 50 cent's get rich or die trying and any other film with mostly black actors, they all take forever for a decent release to come out. and by the way im not black so dont say im just saying this cause im balck or something..

Posted by mothugsta on 06-25-2006 10:57 PM:

He wasn't being racist, he was being narrow-minded and stereotypical. When you arent from a culture, or lifestyle that enjoys black actors in movies, its normal to think that way i spose.

Posted by HaLiKuS on 06-25-2006 11:26 PM:

MS knows his movies young padawan. He forgot movies with "Ice" and "Segall" too. Straight up screw this flick.

And by screw this flick i mean the quality, everything sucks. Some action, but nothing like Gridlock'd

Posted by jimndeb1 on 06-25-2006 11:27 PM:

alot of pixalation throughout the movie

vid - 6
aud - 6
mov - 7.5

Posted by dwayne on 06-25-2006 11:34 PM:

rate the release not the actor?

4/4/??

movie sucks about as worthless as babyboy release is cropped very bad on top and to the left also is very dark if you want to see this release i would wait for another copy...

Posted by dre22era on 06-26-2006 12:19 AM:

...........not bad 4 a cam 6/6/7

Posted by wwwldw2 on 06-26-2006 01:41 AM:

To Mystic Slippers, Tyrese is not a RAPPER!!! He is an r&b singer, and a very good one, I dont even know if the man can rap. So do some research before you lump all young black men as rappers. stick to the rules and rate the damn movie quality

edit: Who made you forum police?

Posted by BLUE-NEO on 06-26-2006 02:36 AM:

decent cam, good job prevail...a little flickery and sometimes really dark around the edges...overall its nice...

6/6/8

To all the bashing, I dislike hood movies as much as the next person. Not too many have been good since boyz n da hood, and menace to society....

This is Tyrese's second hood movie on top of baby boy...and all I got to say is, go back to singing broham...Film isn't your thing.

And you ruined 2fast2furious....

I hate to admit it, but just the supporting cast of Megan Goode, and Lorenz Tate going back to his gangsta O-Dogg's days made it worth seeing. Movie was actually good....

wish these encoders would encode them to widescreen it make the quality a lil better 7v 7 a 6 m

Posted by Ateplica on 06-26-2006 07:36 AM:

decent cam, has a bit of pixilation trouble,

bit of brightness that distorteds some colors,

other than that, looks clean and better timing for a newer rls, audio of course was camworthy,.. but i was a bit generous with this rating.

V=6
A=3
M=9
