Serving Sara

I knew good ole FTF would come through with Serving Sara. I've been waiting forever for this movie. Good job FTF!

A very funny movie don't listen to the critics. If you loved the whole nine yards, you'll love serving sarah. A slapstick comedy in the style of the whole 9 yards. Matthew Perry and Elizabeth Hurley are great together. Props for quick release and good quality ftf, i have enjoyed your releases since pluto nash, dont listen to other lamers who put you down, you keep releasing quality movies like this and your in my books.

anyway great movie, good quality and worth downloading!

good release, fast too, quality is descent.
if they dont follow this up with a shitty release (which they have tendencies to do) then they're on a roll.
im no ftf fan but this was a pretty good job.
keep it up.

Just watched

Just finished watching this and I have to say picture is good, runs about a 7 for TS, though some parts get blocky. The sound is the biggest problem, for the first 20 minutes the sound will cut out now and again for 30 seconds or so at a time, missing some jokes. Then there is the constant hiss and hum. Plus you got people walking by the screen. All in all it's a cam, but it's not too terribly bad to watch. The movie itself is pretty funny.

a brand spanking new popular movie!

who can ask for anything more, unless you want a 20th undercover brother, or crocodile hunter or bad company lol

or the eveer so popular spy kids 2 lol

ftf is on top

movie very watchable! any group who releases this again and its not a dvdrip, is pathedic

7/5/8

Picture was good. Sound was decent but then a buzzing sound would occur throught the movie which cut of some lines. Movie itself was very good. Hurley and that other blonde are so damn hot... Jokes were very funny and frequent. Perry is a good actor. Overall, very nice release. Thanks FTF..

i didnt hear any sounnd glitches
what are you playing it on?
hope nothing cheap

I think that there were, if I remember correctly, about three spots where the sound did completely cut out for about ten or fifteen seconds near the beginning of the movie. I am quite certain that this forced the missing of a couple of minor jokes as so did a couple of just really staticy spots later in the movie, but, all in all, this release was very watchable. The picture was clear enough to catch all of the movie and the sound held in there just enough to get you through the whole thing. If you really want to see this movie then this d/l will suffice. The movie is very funny, but only if you've liked Matthew Perry in at least one previous film I'd say (like the Whole Nine Yards, mentioned earlier, or even in something like Fool's Rush In).

Anywho, I'd give this release a 7/6/8.

Thanks again FTF. Keep 'em coming, eh!

Oh...and in response to this...

I burnt this rls off on CD-RWs and watched it in a Toshiba DVD player through a digital optical AR patch cord for sound and an AR Pro Series component video cord. The movie was viewed on a 36" Sony Trinitron XBR (Hi-Def, but with the progressive scan obviously turned off for something like this) and the sound was processed by a Denon 3200 series amp and thereby moved the sound to a complete set of Athena speakers (check 'em out if you have no idea what I'm talking about) and this was all done through oxygen free 14 guage Acoutic Research cabling (yes, even to the rears -- it's a lot of wire to hide).

So...maybe it was not nitemare that was listening to the movie on something cheap 'cause I had the same exact glitches.

Nice work folks. Just saw the sample of this release. Now I just need to get the whole thing.

Thumbs up

Very good release for FTF. We've seen a lot of sub-par quality rips from them in the past but i think they're trying to redeem themselves. heh. Good job FTF the quality of this release is a TON better than your shit before Pluto Nash. Pic isn't too bad but the sounds needs quite a bit of work, it's too muffled and a lot of buzzing background noise. Work on fixing the audio in your releases FTF and u guys will own!

Video: 7.5/10
Audio: 6.5/10
Movie: 8/10

Posted by renegade on 09-02-2002 10:01 AM:

Not that bad of a release. The pic is decent. Even though you see a couple heads during the movie. The audio sounded muffled to me, it cut's out during some scenes, and hisses for the rest of the movie.

I give this release:7/5/6.

Posted by RUiN on 09-03-2002 09:09 AM:

Not bad at all fast too (gota love that ) . 5/4/7

Why did you need to post virtually the same review twice?

P.S. Theres nothing wrong with a good telecine/screener before a dvdrip.
