This removes the warning message between the language selection and main menu, not sure why they bothered but thanks anyway mptdvd.

Some peeps experienced the film hanging on the warning screens, maybe that is why

this is not necessary.

VLC in one exampe of a player that would hang at 0:10 of the "FBI" message. Of course, you can just use the power of the computer to instantly jump to the correct menu (or title), but standalones might not enjoy such luxeries.

This menufix is needed on finicky players such as Sony models.
