I really found this movie enjoyable, ended kind of stupid though. Video is nice and so is audio, then again from a DVDrip it should be.

audio out of sync

after converting to dvd the audio is off by about 2 seconds
video is great
can't give a rating for the movie, i could only watch a few minutes due to sync issues

the video is a 10, but the audio is off by three seconds the whole movie. can only give the audio a 5

The audio is out of sync by 0.5s or 500ms.
Nothing that VirtualDub can't fix. I ran it through with 500ms delay on the audio and it turned out perfect.
