January sounds kind of late for the fall season and early for the summer season. So what bracket is 24 falling into? Maybe someone can explain to me.

I am so sad now that I actually give a shit about U.S T.V scheduling. Always watched a few shows but not to the extent I do now. I don't care what you say, some of the shows kickass.

fall is the american for our autumn. i think january would be winter

Last year 24 started up when Prison Break went into hiatus for a few months.
During the timeframe when one of Foxs most popular dramas would be in reruns Fox can show a new season of one of its most popular shows.
