sorry im new too all this . could someone tell me what the number mean for the ratings i.e. 7,7,6 etc

7/8/6 means:

video quality : 7 out of 10
audio quality : 8 out of 10
movie quality : 6 out of 10


and how is that a suggestion or a comment ?!
