prob more, not to mention 1 cd and mp3 for a film like this could be signs of a proper in the future.

Movie was shit compared to the first two.

an action movie like this should be 2 cd and 640 or 672 wide. fuck what the rules say

video: 7. I don't like to see wide color gradients typical of a low bitrate encoding. That fog scene with Storm and wolverine is especially horrible.

what is this crap lately? diamonds shitty silent hill rip, now done's lame effort... these used to be great groups, i dont understand whats happened lately... are they out of practice or something due to lack of good films to release these past 2 months? same with the diamond problem, i hope this is just a brief poor management problem...

It's just the whole race to get it out the door first. The whole "quality control" takes a back seat in lieu of speed. Sad to see it happen but it's nothing new. In this case it looks like there was some sort of disc read error that went unnoticed causing the audio to desync.

It is not the *best* quality, its pretty good.

The fact that it is out of sync after 28:30, that's not a good sign....

well with any luck 2 things will happen if (WHEN) this gets nuked...

a better crew releases a 2cd ac3 higher resolution version

a nuke will make done realise that their skills have taken a bit of a nose-dive, and they'll sort themselves up... good groups are drying up, so id love to see done shape up and get back into the game, same with diamond.

the whole point of xvid is to get a very good quality/size ratio. shrinking a 4.7gb movie down to 1.4gb is pretty good in my book. 700mb, like this shit, is squeezing it too much, and gives you shit quality, like every single xvid lately.

they need to tweak the rules to make 1:44hr action movies into 2cd's. lotta movies lately have been around 1:44 length, and have been squashed on 1cd.

so do you guys think this release is any better than the "Almost DVD-Like" telecine released by NBP? :P

yup ...not the best encode all in all..sad it happens to a group like done that did lots of good work in the past...will wait for proper which will def. come soon i guess

corny ass movie like Take the Lead (107 mins) gets 2cd. Xmen3 (104 minutes) gets 1 cd.

That's some fucked up shit. Someone needs to overthrow whoever is making these stupid rules.
