wow... 3400 is okay on the bitrate.. but they could have taken the spanish audio out and left more room for a higher bitrate... i wont be gettin this one tho as the R3 is just fine and has a higher bitrate as well ... shame ... terrible choice on leavin the spanish audio oh well

This really sucks. I've been waiting forever for an R1 release and when one finally comes it has an unneeded audio track. Guess I'll wait for a good group to rip it or buy the damn thing.

Hopefully Replica will release an R1 soon

I highly doubt Replica will release anything, unless it's an internal or the structure of this release is all jacked up.

Oh please people Replica isn't going to do anything as there is no good reason to nuke it. Hopefully we'll see a Two Disc release by some other group or an internal.

So far the release is fine, but like everyone else the Spanish audio was a real downer.

Based on sample I didn't see the Spanish audio so maybe it's a typo in the nfo??????

Just get the R3 release from mptdvd. Its perfect, just watched it today. The bitrate is as good as you're gonna get. Unless you want the french and spanish subs of the R1 release, it is exactly the same.

Edit: Menu was only 75 mb as well, not sure if this with or without editing, but great either way.

its not THAT bad.. but i do agree spanish audio should've been removed to improve bitrate. this isnt that bad though, besides - its free! lol

Wow THP are such noobs for leaving extra 5.1 could of been 3800kbit

So far the Blueray pal release blows all them away in quality..even MPTDVD release
My dvd player converts pal to ntsc ..even though my projector plays pal and i dont convert it ..pal is also higher res and looks better
