Very good release.

Video - 9
Audio - 7.5
Movie - 10

Audiois a bit warbly but the kids don't mind. Thanks Xanax! Keep the R5's coming!!

This video is totally awesome and I'm very happy about it. My audio seems to have some distortion. I'm hoping once I take it off of VLC it will sound clearer, but it's still a nice release to have. Now I can rewatch those rabbits hitting the window.

V-9.5
A-7
M-9

It won't get any better after you take it off VLC. The audio is really poor. It's kinda garbled and tinny.

Good video, crap audio. Check 1hr, 41 mins, you will see its way out of sync.

Video: 8
Audio: 0 (no matter how good the audio is, if its out of sync, its crap).
Movie: Not worth watching until you can hear it properly.

I think your watching a different film. It dont run for 1hr 41 mins. I have watched it all the way through with my kids. Never noticed at anytime any sync issues.

I agree with you on Video. Colour is a bit dull (compared to Ice Age DVD Rip)
But Audio I will also give a 8 ( its direct - probably taken from a tc)
Movie 9 very funny - loved it

Oh yeah! I never use VLC

Also in responce to myndphuk so basically by stating it goes out of sync at 1 hr 41 mins your saying it goes out of sync after the movie is over? cause the movie isnt even 101 minutes long

picture is good but the sound is awfull. it is out of sync from the start and sounds distorted and tinny. if their using the new tags, surely this should of been an R5line tag as the sound source isn't off the R5 dvd.

9/4/ not watched due to the poor sound

::EDIT:: Erm... You'd prefer Russian audio? Of course the audio isn't from the R5 disk - Neversoft::

Posted by fireman911 on 12-01-2006 11:28 AM:

nice release

from sample:
v:9 (i like r5)
a:7 (no problems with the sound)
m: none (i haven't seen the movie yet)

the video is ok the audio is out of sync by a hair, kids won't notice but it is thru out the movie. Being a cartoon the sync issue isn't major still viewable and if you don't focus on it won't be really noticeable.

v-8.5
a-7.0 (sync issues but can be overlooked since its animation hard to tell)

m-7 but keeps the kids ocupied so it does its job

Posted by 1892spinthemi on 12-01-2006 12:11 PM:

should be r5 line
basically a tc with eng audio
i aint complaining yes the audio is poor but just audilble
and compared to other rls(which were really poor all round)
this is decent enough til retail !
v-9 a-7.5 m-10 for keeping kids entertained !

um you are on crack. VLC is easily one of the best player available. It is multi-platform, open source, will play nearly any type of movie (anything except real media), and allows you to correct aspect ratio, audio sync issues, amongst other things.

@Makaveli_uk it was in pukkas nfo for Flyboys
