scrolling message at the bottom every half hour

This is a true PAL Screener NOT An R5! The audio is true 5.1 surround. NO warnings on Movie itself Just a Warning Screen After the FBI Warning screen.

V = 10 Full DVD rip
A = 10 True 5.1 surround
M = 10 Fantastic best UK movie this year.

My appologies yes there is scrolling at aprox 31min 58 min & 1hr 19 mins Lasting about 15 secs each.

Regional coding was not removed and my region 1 dvd player gave me a region code error. Removed regional coding and re-burned, everything was fine after that. Props to Dreamlight for the nice release.

Same prob here with the region coding, wouldn't play in my player. Removed coding and re-burned. Excellent quality rls, just hope they remove the coding next time they rip one like this.
