Looks like a bad AR indeed. I think their source is also bad, since CD1 of this release also has some mixed moments of The Departed! (I just finished watching CD1, the mixed part is at 01:08:37...)
Sound isn't that amazing as well, although it's perfectly understandable...

Overall, release is watchable, but I'm sure a proper one is needed.

Very poor quality indeed....and from what I saw, the quality gets poorer on disc 2 than on disc 1, but I didn`t watch the whole thing so can`t really confirm that.

Me neither - The mVs release is much better even with the 1 minute "departed" clip and the slightly inconsistent audio.

I just watched this, labelled under this title..."REAL" but it still had the "departed" clip...is this not the same as the MVS release? Or maybe someone just posted it wrong???

I would say, go after the dvdscreener that is out.
