The video is awful hard to fathom why when its been stripped bar the commentary, runtime of 1hr48mins and 6 pass CCE?

There are artifacts everywhere (just check out the rating screen) also made worse by the white edged hardcoded subs for non-english dialogue.

I have to agree some of the video is horrible but I think it might be an issue with the source material rather than the encode.
