Video is typical r5, very nice. Crisp and clear. The sound seems nice as well. I've been wanting to see this.

Grainy, pixelly video. Hissy audio. Nothing like a DVD rip, R5 or otherwise.

2/2/-

Did notice a hiss yeah but I think you must be watching a different version as the video was much much nicer than you suggest. What would you say this is then? It sure aint a TS and I certainly don't think it's TC either. Awful movie by the way. Watched it last night and lost the will to live about half way through. Someone earlier said it was a stolen dvd screener...is it possible for a DVD screener not to have any property of messages at all?......I personally can't remember any but then again I am fairly selective (wish I hadn't selected this!!)
8/7/1

With all due respect, "R5" implies a rip from a retail DVD and that is what I rated this as. I'm not concerned if it's from a different source or is mislabelled.

Fair play NTSC but to give the video 2 I think is a little harsh
I think going a little easier on R5 may be the way forward , although your score would be harsh for even R1 or R2 retail IMO.

But hey that's what these forums are for ......rate how you see it.

It plays fine on the PC like a proper DVD rip but on my standalone (Pioneer DV-575A) the picture breaks up into pixels really bad. I burned it a second time with Record Now to make sure. Whatever codec mVs have used it's not compatible with my DVD player. Have not had this problem with other releases. Will wait for a DVDR rip instead.
