Sunshine
looks promising?
Danny Boyle directing, so it stands half a chance
I might take a stab at it

Looks great fun but it pisses me off that Sci-Fi now doesn't seem to want to base itself anywhere close to reality.
Re-ignite the sun indeed. Looking forward to watching them cart 50 trillion tonnes of Hydrogen per day to keep it going but maybe they can do it with just a couple of nukes, that would be awesomely convenient albeit physically fucking impossible.
From the producers who brought you 'The Core' and 'Hard Rain'
and?

Definitely something to what you’re saying. People though have to be entertained and big bucks are involved. May have to take a peek. Impressive trailer.
kinda weird that there are eight on the ship, and the trailer looked to show death scenes for all of them...

'The Core' had more continuity errors than any film in the history of cinema. The biggest one of all was that they were drilling down, but yet were able to walk around freely in the drilling transport without falling to the front! My producers message was a joke, but I will avoid this movie like the plague.

Forgive him, he has heard the phrase 'Continuity error' somewhere before and thought it would make him sound knowledgeable if he used it.
Shame for him that he didn't look up the meaning first. What a plonker.
1 word review: nearly.
2 word review: ultimately unrewarding.
3 word review: pretty. But 'why'?
Not bad, not exceptional either. The 'why' refers to how the ship transfer happened and why/what was the conclusion of the long chat with God. (It's meant to be cryptic, fuckwit, so I'm not spoiling it for you, but you'll know what I mean if/when you see it.)

Yeah I was really hoping to enjoy this flick. Really hoping. The first 30 minutes was great, Then after they got to the second ship, It kind of went downhill, then we see Sam Wier errr whatever his name is, and it's pure shit at this point.
Was it me or was this a bad movie? The premise is great, but the delivery isn't.
If you like this watch the following movies.
1. Event Horizon
2. Armegeddon
3. Deep impact
I haven't seen anymore movies of this nature with the world being destroyed like The Core.
Oh I have seen The Day after tomorrow, This was 10x better than that, but still bad.
