Forest Whitaker plays a delusional Ugandan dictator, he is definitely worthy of an Oscar, will the committee recognize him? (HELL NO!)

Brilliant movie. My pick for movie of 2006.

Watched this on the TV a few nights ago.

Video is top notch as is the audio.

Movie was very good. I'm not usually a big fan of Forest, as he reminds me of a semi-retarded mongrel, but he does an amazing job in this film. Movie is entertaining as well, expected it to be kind of slow, but it's not.
