What's different than the R3 version?

I already have the R3 DVDR by MPTDVD...
Any reason to get this one instead?

Judging from the sample and a few rars, i would say no, there is no reason to get it, unless you need Spanish or French Subs, or get annoyed with the fact MPT left in the Special Features Menu.

Video quality looks the same to me, actually this looks a little softer than the Region3 as well, also English subs are better looking on the R3 one surprisingly, lol.

For some reason I couldn't get rar sampling to work with the EMD release. Would you please elaborate on how the R3's subtitles are superior? Are they larger, smaller, positioned more comfortable? What color are the R1 subs?

I also couldn't get the Spanish or French subs to work from rar sampling, but that is a common problem ive noticed, but got English subs working fine with VLC on both releases.

As for the English one on each release, the Region 3 Subtitles are smaller, more discreet, and in a font which i think is nicer.
Region1 subs, are too large, even for someone like me, who is half blind.

All of the above is just my personal preference though, you might prefer larger subtitles, and the font.
