Great video, audio goes out of sync occasionally.

V - 9
A - 6 (Goes in and out of sync)
M - 10

Best movie I've seen in 2006, next to Pan's Labyrinth.

03/29/2007 The.Fountain.2006.DVDSCR.XviD-FiCO

so who needs an other sourced release untill retail?

Posted by KrackZaa on 04-14-2007 12:27 AM:

it was a dvdscr, it was the best source up to date, but it has black and white scenes and watermarks, therefore an r5 should be preferred as it will have neither of the hindrances that plague a true dvdscr (FiCO gets warner dvdscrs, check a scanner darkly, lord of war...)

Every day I ask myself why?
So much pain pouring
from inside
Above me I feel the spirit fly

Fuck this release. The DVDSCR is still the superior version despite the B&W scenes and disclaimers on screen because of the better audio.

9/6/9

Looks great, but the sound isn't as good and I'm not even referring to the slight sync issue. Fascinating movie.

Video quality is good but the audio is out of sync.

Posted by 1010011010 on 04-14-2007 03:21 PM:

:)

V 8
A 6
M 9,5

Audio would be 8 without any doubts, if it wasn't for the russian (i guess) audio for about 5 minutes at the beginning of the movie. I still prefer FiCO's DVDSCR; God try BeStDivX, though.
Movie itself is fascinating indeed.

they should of ASKED for the audio from the DVDSCR, put it on the R5, and it might of been a some-what smart release if you hate B&W / scroll

FICO DVDR release:

V: 9
A: 9
M: 6

BestDivX release (R5):

V:8
A: 5
M: 6

If you already have the fico release, dont download any of these R5's. R5 is generally worse quality than a DVDSCR.
