nuked?

i've seen people say that this is nuked

reason:

OOS "out of sync"

@ 10 minute mark

is this true?

So far I don't see it as being nuked.

missed it last night when it aired, so i grabbed this to watch. freezes twice for a second or two but comes back. digital noise once. didnt appear out of sync to me and the few issues i did see didnt bother me a bit.

It seems to have some parts missing for me.

Like at the part where Clark is talking to Cloe and he says something to her, then it
skips what she says back to him and goes right to clark saying "Do you not remember what he did to your mother".

Plus all the other smallville releases have been 42mins long this one is only like 40mins, so it seems to me it's missing 2 minutes so this release should be nuked.

it isn't nuked jsut because of the length being 40 minutes... there have been perfectly good releases of Smallville in the past, that has been like 39 minutes (eg. episode s06e12 & s06e17)
