Trying to remember TV Show

Trying to remember a show I used to watch years ago. I reckon it was on in the late 80's.

All I remember is that it was a comedy show and the opening credits were of a kid sitting front of a TV, it likes like a 1950's tv set. The show is about that kid once he is grown up.

Then it goes on to see that kid grown up. Each episode was usually about the guy going on various dates, there was a pair of tits on show in every episode guaranteed.

Not much to go on, hope you can help.
