bla 2323233 releases later... who needs it now..

Posted by JayTray on 09-04-2002 06:49 AM:

Why has it been nuked for having 192 KBs audio, That donesn't make sense. Needs to be 224-256 or what? I always use 192 KBs for audio, leaves more bit rate for the Video StreaIts the First DVD Rip I seen of Spiderman besides the DivX, whoever decides these things is pretty damn picky is all I gotta say.

Posted by chocco on 09-04-2002 07:09 AM:

Was this a conversion of the divx release.. or did TDi obtain the source dvd....?

Posted by ebeats on 09-04-2002 07:25 AM:

Nuked for 192kbps?!?! shit that is fine with me.

say what you want, although this is very good, we will prolly see another one out tommorow....either way, nice job on the release...

Posted by JayTray on 09-04-2002 07:49 AM:

Thats what I'm Sayin. I use 192 on all my rips. 256 Is too much I think, its a waste. Unless its like a Concert or something like that.
I am happy w/ this release, I don't think I'll get the next release. I prefer 192KB. Thanks TDi

Posted by TeAr-Dr0p on 09-04-2002 08:07 AM:

TDi wasn't very smart for usin the 192kbit at all

video is good, but not the best it can be

1000000 releases later, yes, but finally a real dvdrip

let's see who propers and let's see who can make the DVDR

Posted by krazyfoo on 09-04-2002 08:21 AM:

mm nice sample... not nuked where im lookin but i understand the stingy scene standard... so im sure its being nuked for the bitrate ... some players cant handle it ..

good vid and audio tho D:

does a low bitrate affect if the surround sound works properly?

i agree

Posted by hoozdapimp on 09-04-2002 10:19 AM:

i cannot personally tell the difference between 192 and 224...
hell i can't even tell if it's anything over 224 as long as it's mp3

Posted by devilbeast on 09-04-2002 12:46 PM:

good rls all around, the sound is fine at 192, so if you've got it or can get it do so.

Posted by TheLion on 09-04-2002 02:55 PM:

birate: 2450 kbits/birate 4-pass vbr CCE.

very usefull, 4 Pass encoding min 300, average 2450, max 2532.
4 Passes for 82Kbit, very nice work.
This release should be nuked for stupid video encoding.
192Kbit for Audio is OK, NUKE the NUKER.

Posted by mymusic on 09-04-2002 04:27 PM:

is this a re encode of the divx or what?
