Would make me a moron yes if I was the first person rating. I wanted to make the ratings fair and voting all 1's over the all 10's averaged it out to what the hell it should be a truthful rating.

CP announced it on Wed but didnt pre untill Thursday night . UTi pred Thursday evening .
