avatars again!!

i found a cool avatar but it's over the size limit..How do i shrink the file size. And sorry for two different threads, but i closed out the other thread.

also is there a way i can just take the avatar off the internet and download it and then upload it from my computer?

Right click , save picture as , open in ms paint ,right click , select all , resize to 125x125. Alternatively post the pic here and i or someone will do it for you.
