However I have to say this is probably the first thing I've seen on the wii that the graphics have hurt it a little bit for me, I think next-gen could do this type of city-scape game more justice. That being said, if the wiimote controls are just that excellent it might make up for it

It looks very very close to the xbox version with a few new enhancements. If you haven't played that I'd suggest you give it a shot, very fun.
