AUDIO IS NOT WORKING ON DVD PLAYER

I recently put a movie on a dvd and when I go and play it in my DVD player there is no sound, but when I put it on the computer there is sound, whats up with that?

The audio might be in a format which is incompatible with your DVD player or... the audio stream to which your DVD player normally defaults might be empty? (Happens quite a lot). Have you tried changing the audio track using the remote handset of your DVD player?

How exactly would I do that would you know? I have tried going to the menu and changing it that way but still nothing, I have never had a problem before.

Hmmm this is a tricky one, have you tried giving your dvd player a golden shower?

There is usually a button on the remote handset labelled "audio" or "info" which enables you to cycle through the various audio options.

The Invisible, Why has anyone else had the same problem? I have never had any problems with any other movies and my DVD player is kind of new so I know it's not the DVD player, I have a Phillips DVD Player the play Divx ect. so all I can think of is it must be the movie.

Is it the XviD version from FLAiTE?

If so it's a known issue:
