WHAT does that even mean !!!!!!!!!!

it means this will be nuked as they have adjusted or used a custome matrix for the encoding.

dont know what happened there, becuae if you notice on the xvid section we now have 2 prevails and the one above this is the one that was one that was originally here hence why i said what i said.
