From sample:

7.5/8.5/?

Very good release

Posted by Cr-critic on 10-09-2007 09:38 AM:

V-7.5 sorta close to same as genuine quality
A-9 very nice direct audio
M-?

Audio given a 9 because its excellent for a TS But how come CAMS never get above 8 ? lol seems alot of peeps that post compare sweet dvdrip to cam video and direct audio.... when actually we should rate a cam as a cam or r5 as r5 ?? get it ?

From sample >>>

Video = 7 - Definitely watchable, colours are great but its a bit blurry and has a slight wobbly flicker, but I'll sharpen it up and deflicker it with Tmpgenc to sort that out. It looks cropped too but nothing too severe.

Audio = 8 - Excellent, perfectly clear and has bass, it does the job well.

Movie = ?? dunno yet, but this one looks worth it, good work CAMERA.

By viewing the sample i think this one is a good rls by camera.

V - 7 - watchable
A - 8 - good sound and it's clear
M - ? - Will watch

Video is a bit bright, but I'll take that over dark. Sound is full and very good, to have another quick TS, I'm good. The color is nice and overall a very nice effort and release.

V-7.5
A-8
M-7

v: 7
a: 9
m: ?

Thats the way everybody is supposed to vote, everything in its own cat, cam as a cam, ts as a ts etc..

The reason cams rarly get over a 8 is that its very rarly you get a high standard cam audio wich has been filtered correctly.

A 9 is reserved for those extra special releases or flawless ones and as cam audio differentiates allot its hard to tell which deseves a 9 or not allthough there has been allot of very nice cam audio none deserved a 9 really.

Only cam audio which would deserve a 9 probably would be good strong clear sound with very little if no hollowness which is very difficult.

From rar and sample. Good color, resolution on upper scale for cams. Odd thing though the rar (opening credits) had a fair amount of pixilation while the sample had none to speak of. Sound fine for TS. Based on sample watchable release.

7/7.5/?

Watchable !

Thanks Camera !

V - 7
A - 6
M - yet to watch in full....

that might be true but cams in overall never add up to bringing the quality and thus experience as the movie intents to bring. Groups should ban CAMS from being made. Such concessions can only mean a better quality control over the internet releases and might just bring the MPAA of everyone's backs.

Only thing I can think of at 'true experience' and 'best quality' is an IMAX showing, or even a normal cinema (digital is a must).
You make it sound like the MPAA only wants us to experience best quality and doesn't want our pleasure to be spoiled by a cam. I do think filmmakers are the ones who want us to watch their movies in full glory. Imho the MPAA is just into money issues.
If one bans cam, one must ban TC while they-according to scene rules- don't need DA. So a TC with cam audio is common. I think this accounts for R5 (not R5 line) as well. Let's ban cam, TC and R5. TS..? well, let's ban that for being cam vid. Now, next step might be dvd scr. Will a screener give you the pleasure the makers intended to (property of.. black/white scenes etc)? Is a workprint to be seen by the public according to directors/MPAA? DVD rips? No way. One must see the full HD 5.1 DVD9 version for ultimate pleasure. I can assure you these HD full 5.1 blahblah releases will be the next target for MPAA if lower seizes to exist.
My point is I do not think that a ban on cams will make organisations stop hunting. It might be for a small amount of time though. Only thing which comes to mind to get the MPAA more relaxed is to limit the people who see scene releases. Things got really out of control. Just get the scene cleaned up.

Furthermore I'm glad to be able to see a cam now and then to get an impression of the movie.
This is a nice impression, especially the audio. Vid could be somewhat better. Nice to see a nice rls of Camera for a change. Will hang out to the full HD 5.1 dvd9 rip

Ok, so better quality less MPAA action? you must be joking

as for the vid, camera surprised me! somebody must be less drunk and stoned 'cause their releases are getting better.

video although blurred, its a watchable 7!
audio, nice direct good source 8!
As for the flick, a rip-off 7.5 !

my first 7+ points for camera!

edit:. out of sync several times.. etc..

decent quality for a cam bright spots on the face but as far as a cam goes its good enough. somewhere around minute 16 or so it messes up and the audio goes really about of sync. pretty much stays out of sync for the rest of the movie. burned to dvd watched it on a stand alone shows up well. audio being off annoys me. movie wasn't all that great either felt rushed but its a kids movie i guess. i'll stick w/ the animated kids movies :-D

video as a cam - 8
audio quality is good 7 but its off sync
movie - 5 boring and rushed too predictable
