Universal put the wrong info, this movie isn't the short film they state on their nfo, this one is actually an argentine movie called Interferencia: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0442278/.

I only watched the sample and this is my rating:

Yep as already stated this is Interferencia aka Deadline (USA) (review title)
