Rip was solid - small 'property of...' logo appears from time to time. I'm hardly a supporter of the Iraq war, and I sympathize with the soldiers stationed there and bleed for the civilians, but somewhere, somehow, there had to be a better film from this material. De Palma took a horrible incident (from many), and then simplified it somewhat and shot it in some faux documentary style that trivialized the subject matter.

Video is good, audio has minor sync issues as the previous poster noted. The movie is garbage. I've seen better acting in elementary school plays. Sad thing is this will probaby make money because of the controversial subject matter. Bush haters will flock to see it and probably praise it.

Cuban needs to stay out of Hollywood and stick to the skybox.

Hate to disappoint you, but I dislike Bush intensely (and I voted for him, at least in 2000) but I still didn't like this film.

Well, the best thing I can say about this movie is that it inspired me to register so I could comment.

Seriously disappointed with this movie, I must say. It is obviously a dramatized/fictionalized account, though I don't doubt quite accurate in its report. The acting let it down... the over-polished look, the movie approach rather than documentary approach... it had a lot of potential and unfortauntely fell flat on its face. Quality of video was fine... very very minor synch issues 1/20 of a second, but didn't detract from the viewing.

Don't go in with high hopes, and you might like it. Seriously dissapointed
