Space Giraffe 360 Arcade

This game is a Jeff Minter game.
For those of you that haven't heard the name read this.

I scanned through it and he wrote a game in a week once. lol changed days.

Anyway this game is best played after a big joint.

It's kind of like Tempest but he tells you somewhere it's not.
It's hard to tell what's going on at times but you should be in a THC haze to appreciate this game and therefore not really that bothered about how to play it.

You get assessed at the end of each level and to be told "you are a bit rubbish" made me laugh

Gameplay? not figured that out yet

Jeff Minter is a legend... Although, if I'm honest, Attack of the Mutant Camels was wank

I didn't even know hippies could get pissed off... Jeff needs to stop trying to pickle retinas and do some decent gameplay - then again, he hasn't managed that in 25 years.

Seriously, besides Gridrunner, Tempest and his various light synths his work has been overrated trippy dogshit.

Space Giraffe is a good game with good gameplay, it just takes a while to figure out what the fuck is going on.

Don't know why he dissed Frogger, I have fond memories of using my 10p's on it. (Then again it's probably absolute cack now)

Nope, Frogger is still great although I have to confess I'm so damned good at it I normally quit the game before it's over... Maybe I'm a Frogger god or something, I dunno, but I'm pwntacular at it. Same with Asteroids and Space Invaders - I kick their ass too

Don't misinterpret my post above either folks, I still think Jeff Minter is a legend... Just not because of his track record of turning-out playable games. Memorable, yes. Playable, rarely
