How to download

i'm new to vcdquality and am wondering if anyone can tell me how to downlaod movies here.

Step 1 - sign up
Step 2 (optional) - read rules (if you did read the rules, skip to step 5).
Step 3 - ask "haaay guyzzz.. where do I download".
Step 4 - get BANNED!
Step 5 - ENJOY VCDQ!
