Pretty much a perfect R1 DVDR release.

V:10 (bitrate around ~5900)

Only thing they could have done is keeping a few extras with a bitrate that high. But I'm all for the quality so I don't really mind.

Am surprised they need to re-encode at all given how short this movie is and that all extras have been stripped? Picture quality is as close to "untouched" as I've seen. Audio is as good as you could expect for AC-3 but would have preferred DTS. The language selection screen is quirky. Sometimes it works correctly, sometimes it doesn't! The empty audio streams have been left in and it's possible to access these by mistake.

The movie doesn't disappoint either.
