A PROPER has been released:
Shoot.Em.Up.2007.PROPER.NTSC.DVDR-PHECK
MiND released this couple days ago as complete with everything on it and re-recoded
all the way down to 3300kbit even thou it could be untouched and still have some
extras left, they also kept intros, startup trailers before menu and also left some
layerbreaks which many dvdplayers dont like and often hangs. So heres a clean rip
with menu and untouched video and still some extras and ofc layerbreakfree as it
should had been done in the first place
Menu > Edited
Video > Untouched
Audio > English 5.1
Subs > En Fr
Extras > Deleted/Alternate Scenes and Animatics kept, rest gone
No probs here, played fine on 3 various branded players, one of them being Sony.
Considering this has ALL the extras on the disc, the picture quality is actually rather good.
Shocking statement, I know, but with only 2694mb for the main movie INCLUDING a french track of 123mb this should've been a whole lot worse.
LOL, theres nearly 3hours of extras, rolling in at 1467mb AND a BLOATED menu of 284mb.
I sat through this last nite & was amazed not to see the usual tell tale signs of too much compression. I almost never burnt it due to the afore mentioned reasons!!
Theres a lot of fast action in this & I cant recall seeing any picture break up at all - (no blocks etc..)
Apart from the layer break issue (easily sorted ) its not bad at all - NOT a keeper, but ace if you wanna take a peek at the DVD extras.

I agree with Tr0jan, despite the low framerate the picture quality is pretty good., so I actually believe they didn't pull out the cheapest 1-click tool Anyways,
there are some pretty useless extras on the disc
- trailer for other movies
- featurettes that are in total longer than the movie itself
- foreign audio tracks
Considering the low bitrate, the quality is awesome! Still it deserved to be propered. But still on most television sets this copy will be good enough.
