ok so its a 1cd rip compared to last one which was a 2cd rip, and had ac3 5.1. Why we would need 5.1 on this, who knows.

Anyway, glad to see it as it saved my bandwidth.

V=9 (crisp and clear)
A=8 (perfect mp3)
M=? (not sure, got this for the daughter)

m:8 for a kids movie.
The Fray release was 5.1 and had a higher video bitrate. It was a great release, but a quick judge of this shows its pretty good too.
By the way, the film was for kids but the soundtrack was pretty good, so judge for yourself if you need a higher bitrate.
