Playback was jerky on my standalone

EDIT: Release played fine on the PC albeit with the low audio level issue mentioned below.

this is the second copy of across the universe i have try to watch and still no sound,why is that

The audio level is very low on this release, try turning the volume up. You may even have to alter your level settings in Control Panel.
